عدن - لم تدخل الهدنة الإنسانية التي أعلنتها الأمم المتحدة فـي اليمن حيز التنفـيز، بل حاول التحالف السعودي، بواسطة المجموعات المسلحة المؤيدة له، استعادة زمام المبادرة ميدانياً فـي المدن الجنوبية، بعد الإخفاق الميداني الذي دام طويلاً، مقابل تقدم الحوثيين والجيش و«اللجان الشعبية» على امتداد البلاد. وقد استغلّ التحالف الهدنة المفترضة، محاولاً قلب المعادلات الميدانية فـي جنوب البلاد عبر إنزال أسلحة ومقاتلين لدعم المجموعات المسلحة تمهيداً لعودةٍ قريبة لـ«هادي» وفريقه إلى عدن، بناءً على الهجمات التي شنّها المسلحون الموالون للتحالف فـي اليومين الماضيين، ومكنتهم من السيطرة على مطار عدن الدولي وبعض المناطق، قبل أن يستعيد «أنصار الله» بعضاً منها.
وكان المتحدث العسكري باسم المجموعات المسلحة الموالية لـ«هادي» فـي مدينة عدن، علي الأحمدي، قد أعلن السيطرة على ميناء عدن ومنطقة المعلى المتاخمة له، بعد معارك عنيفة مع الجيش و«اللجان الشعبية»، وذلك ضمن معركة «السهم الذهبي لتحرير عدن» التي أطلقها المسلحون الموالون للتحالف بمساندة جوية وبحرية من السعودية والإمارات.
ومنذ دخول الجيش و«أنصار الله» إلى عدن فـي نهاية آذار (مارس) الماضي، حاولت المجموعات المؤيدة لهادي السيطرة على المرافق العامة فـي المدينة من
دون نتيجة.
وتواصلت خلال الأسبوع الماضي غارات التحالف السعودي على أنحاء متفرقة من اليمن لاسيما فـي عدن ومحيطها، فـيما قال المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ستيفان دوغاريك، إن بان كي مون يشعر بـ«خيبة أمل». وتابع المتحدث: «نواصل اتصالاتنا على مستويات مختلفة ونجدد دعوتنا إلى هدنة إنسانية غير مشروطة»، مكررا: «لم نفقد الأمل، والمشاورات مستمرة فـي هذه المرحلة».
وبحسب الأمم المتحدة، فإن 80 بالمئة من سكان اليمن، أي نحو 21 مليون شخص، يحتاجون للمساعدة أو الحماية، وأكثر من 10 ملايين شخص لا يجدون الطعام ومياه الشرب. وقد أخذت وزارة الصحة اليمنية الأسبوع الماضي تطلق نداء استغاثة عاجل لإنقاذ الوضع الصحي من الانهيار الكامل والوشيك، بسبب العجز الذي وصلت إليه المستشفـيات والخدْمات الصحية والإسعافـية فـي جميع المحافظات اليمنية، حيث تعيش أغلب المستشفـيات اليمنية أوضاعاً صحية مأساوية، عناوينها نقص فـي الإمكانيات والمعدات الطبية، وتدهور فـي توفـير الخدمات والإسعافات، وذلك مع استمرار الصمت الدولي أمام إطباق حصار التحالف على البلاد.
