الجزائر – دفع ترشح الرئيس الجزائري عبد العزيز بوتفليقة لولاية رابعة رغم مرضه، العديد من المرشحين الآخرين الى إعلان انسحابهم من الإنتخابات الرئاسية، لاقتناعهم أنها محسومة مسبقاً. وكان الرئيس المنتهية ولايته والبالغ 77 عاما، قضى منها 15 سنة في رئاسة الجمهورية، قد أعلن الإثنين الماضي ترشحه جالساً على كرسي، مقابل رئيس المجلس الدستوري مراد مدلسي (وزير الخارجية الجزائري الاسبق) وامام كاميرات التلفزيون الحكومي فقط.
ويقول مراقبون إن أمر نتيجة الانتخابات قد حسم سلفا بمجرد ترشح بوتفليقة، خاصة وأن عددا من الشخصيات السياسية الجزائرية ممن كان يعتقد في قدرتهم على منافسة بوتفليقة قد قرروا أصلا عدم الترشح بسبب عدم توفر أدنى شروط النزاهة في هذه الانتخابات حسب قولهم .
