باريس – أعلنت منظمة «مراسلون بلا حدود» في دراسة سنوية، نشرت الاربعاء الماضي، أن حرية الصحافة تتراجع في دول تشهد نزاعات مثل مالي وجمهورية افريقيا الوسطى، وأيضا في ديموقراطيات «تسيء استخدام الحجة الأمنية» على غرار الولايات المتحدة.
وقالت لوسي موريون مديرة الابحاث في المنظمة لمناسبة نشر هذا التصنيف السنوي لحرية الصحافة في 180 بلدا ان «تصنيف بعض البلدان، بما فيها ديمقراطيات، تأثر في شكل كبير هذا العام بتفسير فضفاض ومسيء لمفهوم حماية الأمن القومي. من جهة أخرى، يعكس التصنيف، التأثير السلبي للنزاعات المسلحة على حرية الاعلام ومن يمارسونه».
وتحدث المؤشر السنوي للتصنيف الذي يتضمن خلاصة حول المساس بحرية الاعلام عن «تدهور طفيف شامل» في العالم منذ العام الفائت. ويستند هذا التصنيف الى سبعة مؤشرات: مستوى التجاوزات، حجم التعددية، استقلال وسائل الاعلام، البيئة والرقابة الذاتية، الإطار القانوني، الشفافية والبنى التحتية.
وكما في العام الماضي حلت سوريا في المرتبة 177 بين 180 بلداً وبعدها تركمانستان (178) وكوريا الشمالية (179) وأريتريا (180). في المقابل، حلت فنلندا في المرتبة الأولى تلتها هولندا والنروج.
وبعيدا من هذه الدول التي تشهد نزاعات، لم تستثن «مراسلون بلا حدود» بعض «الديمقراطيات»، معتبرة ان «الحجة الأمنية يساء استخدامها (في هذه الدول) لتقييد حرية الاعلام». وينطبق هذا الأمر على الولايات المتحدة التي تراجعت 13 مرتبة الى المركز 43 وحيث نددت المنظمة بـ«ملاحقة المصادر وموجهي التحذيرات». وخسرت بريطانيا ثلاث مراتب لتحل في المرتبة 33، مقابل خسارة فرنسا مرتبة واحدة (39).
